Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in Miss Asia UK, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the fairness, safety, and integrity of the competition. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Entrants must meet the age and residency requirements as outlined in the current application guidelines.

  • Entry is open to individuals who identify as female and are legal residents of the UK.

2. Fees and Payments

  • All fees paid to Miss Asia UK, including but not limited to entry fees, coaching sessions, administrative fees, and event tickets, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstance, including withdrawal, disqualification, or personal scheduling conflicts.

  • The admin participation fee for the pageant is £245

3. Travel and Accommodation

  • Miss Asia UK is not responsible for arranging or covering any travel costs to or from our events, rehearsals, or photoshoots.

  • Participants and their families are solely responsible for all overnight stays and related expenses.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

  • All participants are expected to act respectfully and professionally throughout the competition.

  • Miss Asia UK maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of anti-social or disruptive behaviour, either in person or online.

  • Any breach of this policy may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

5. Media and Publicity

  • By participating, you agree that Miss Asia UK may use photographs, video footage, and your name for promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.

  • All media content captured during events may be used across digital, print, and social platforms.

6. Disqualification

Miss Asia UK reserves the right to disqualify any participant:

  • Who provides false information on their application

  • Who fails to comply with these terms

  • Who engages in inappropriate conduct

  • Without any obligation to refund fees

7. Liability

  • Miss Asia UK and its representatives are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during participation.

  • Participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and public events.

8. Amendments

Miss Asia UK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the official website or by direct email.

9. Acceptance

By submitting your application and paying the relevant fees, you and, if applicable, your parent or legal guardian, confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.
